- This article refers to the 1926-1930 electric interurban. The 1846-1913 Cincinnati, Hamilton and Dayton Railroad is described elsewhere.
In 1926, the former Cincinnati and Dayton Traction Company reorganised under this name. The C&DTC was the defunct Ohio Electric Railway's line between Dayton, Ohio and Cincinnati, Ohio.
In 1930, the CH&DRy merged with the Indiana, Columbus and Eastern, and the Lima-Toledo Railroad, to form the Cincinnati and Lake Erie Railroad.
