The City of Greater Dandenong is a Local Government Area in Victoria, Australia. It is located in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. It has an area of 130 square kilometres. In 2001 it had a population of 132,000.

Clare O'Neil became the youngest female mayor in Australian history when she served as Mayor of Greater Dandenong from 2003 to 2004.
