The City of Port Phillip is a Local Government Area in Victoria, Australia. It is located in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. It has an area of 20.62 km². As at 2006, the estimated resident population is 85,674 [link].
Three former cities - St Kilda, South Melbourne and Port Melbourne - were amalgamated in 1994 to form the City of Port Phillip [link].
