Classical Hebrew

Classical Hebrew, in its narrowest sense, refers to the Biblical Hebrew dialect that flourished around the 6th century BCE, and comprises much of the Hebrew Bible or Tanakh. In a wider sense, it refers to Hebrew as a spoken language that flourished as various evolving dialects from the 10th century BCE until the 3rd or 4th century CE in the land of Israel, including the Biblical Hebrew dialect.
