Clif Bar

A Clif Bar is a type of energy bar that was created in 1992 by Gary Erickson, the owner of Clif Bar & Company, and named after his father Clifford.
There are 15 kinds of Clif Bars that are available year-round, with an additional 3 "seasonal" flavors:

- Chocolate Almond Fudge

- Chocalate Chip

- Peanut Toffee Buzz
- Spiced Pumpkin Pie
- Caramel Apple Cobbler
- Iced Gingerbread
- Clif Shot
- Shot Blok
- Shot Drink
- Luna Bar (lower calorie, higher calcium version marketed to women)
- Nectar
- Mojo Bar
- Builders (Roughly double the protein, marketed toward strength atheletes)
