} Co-Exist are a grindcore band from Glasgow, Scotland. They were formed in 1998 when local band 'Confusion Corporation' split up. Their sound has been described as relentless, harsh and violent and they do not stick to one genre - in fact mix hardcore, thrash, death metal, crustcore and grindcore to name a few. Through many classic gigs over the years they have built a reputation for being one of the nastiest sounding live bands in Scotland and the name Co-Exist is well known throughout the UK's underground metal scene. They signed to Undergroove Records in early 2005 alongside bands like Charger, Black Eye Riot and Johnny Truant. Their debut album was finally released in July 2005 named "Surgical Removal of the Teeth, Toenails and Drilling of the Kneecaps".
