The Coaching Club American Oaks is a race for thoroughbred three-year old fillies. The race goes a mile and a quarter on the Belmont Park dirt. The race is the second leg of the Triple Tiara of Thoroughbred Racing. The race is a Grade I stakes and run for a purse of $300,000 in 2005.
