Cobequid Bay

Cobequid Bay is an inlet of the Bay of Fundy and the easternmost part of the Minas Basin, located in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia. The town of Truro is located at its eastern extremity near the mouth of the Salmon River. It is also the location of the highest recorded tides in the world at Burntcoat Head. Tides here average around 50ft vertical from low tide to high tide.
