Cola Bottles
Cola Bottles or Fizzy cola's are a type of sweet attributed to the Penny Sweet category of Candy. Made by many companies in many countries, they are far less popular in America than in Europe. Known for high levels of sugar and low levels of fat, the ingredients, while varying slightly from brand to brand, do not differ for the most part from the established formula which is as follows:
Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Water, Gelling agents (varied), Dextrose, Citric Acid, Malic acid, Caramelised Syrup
