Cole Haan began in Chicago in 1928. The name comes from Trafton Cole and Eddie Haan. Originally Cole Haan was a men's footwear label. Today they offer many products, including men's and women's dress and casual footwear, belts, hosiery, handbags, small leather goods, fine outerwear and watches. Cole Haan is recognized for its innovation such as footwear with Nike Air Technology.
Cole Haan's is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nike, Inc., Cole Haan has its international headquarters in Yarmouth, Maine and its design headquarters in New York City.
