Compaq Systempro

Arguably the first true PC based server, the Compaq Systempro was launched in late 1989.
Packaged in a tower case, it supported two 386 CPUs running at 33Mhz and had a [RAID]] controller and a standard eight drive bays. It was also the first product to feature the EISA bus which was much faster than the standard ISA of most competing products.
