In property law, condemnation is identical to eminent domain.

Condemnation is also sometimes used in reference to a guilty verdict, particularly when the sentence issued is to be capital punishment.

Condemnation or Condemned are used as the title of several works:

• Condemnation (song) is a song by Depeche Mode
• Condemned (film) is a 1929 film that earned Ronald Colman an Academy Award nomination
• is a survival horror video game
