Conexant is a publicly listed NASDAQ: [CNXT] semiconductor company, which was formerly the semiconductor division of Rockwell InternationalConexant develops chips for broadband communications and the digital home. Key products inlcude client-side and central office DSL chips, set-top box solutions, convergence video products, wireless networking devices, VoIP chips, and dial-up modems.

Conexant is headquartered in Newport Beach, California, and has research and development centers in San Diego and Red Bank, New Jersey, Palm Bay, Florida, Austin, Texas, the UK and Ireland (Bristol, Belfast), France (Sophia Antipolis), Israel (Haifa), India (Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad and NOIDA), China (Shanghai,Chengdu), Taiwan (Taipei) and various sales offices around the world.
