Conference room

A conference room or meeting room is a room of various sizes that is used by companies to hold conferences and meetings.
Hotels also offer conference rooms.
Employees of a company are sometimes invited to suggest names for the conference rooms, with the names usually following a unified theme (e.g. islands, national parks, mountains, U.S. presidents).
