Confusion the Waitress is an exclusive, one-off acetate of a remix of the popular Underworld track of the same name. The original track makes an appearance on their second full-length album, Second Toughest in the Infants. This particular verson of the track was never released commercially. Its existence was actually unknown until it surfaced on eBay, where a private collector ended up buying it. This is one of Underworld's rarest releases.
An edited version of this track can be found on the 3xCD Mix Compilation Cream Separates from 1997.

- There is only one known copy in existence that is currently owned by a private collector in the UK.
