Each of the 12 regions in Namibia are further subdivided into constituencies. The number and size of each constituency varies with the size and population of each region. There are currently 102 constituencies in Namibia. Further, each constituency votes for one councillor for the regional council of each region. There are currently 12 regional councils, corresponding to the 12 regions of Namibia. The most populous constituency is Hakanana, located inside of Windhoek; the least populous is Okatjali, in Oshana.
