Courtney Thorne-Smith

Courtney Thorne-Smith (born November 8, 1967) is an American actress. She was born in San Francisco, California and graduated from Menlo-Atherton High School in Atherton, California. [link]

Her most notable television credit was playing Georgia Thomas on Ally McBeal (1997-2000). Other notable TV roles included Alison Parker on the nighttime drama Melrose Place (1992-1997) and, currently, wife Cheryl on According to Jim.

Courtney made her first film appearance in the 1986 feature film drama, Lucas. She has also starred in movies such as Summer School (1987), (1987), and Side Out (1990).
