Crespi Carmelite High School is a private Roman Catholic, all-male, four-year college preparatory high school located in Encino, California. The school was named for Fra Juan Crespi, and was founded in 1959 by the Carmelite religious order, and has been run by the Carmelites since that time.

It has an enrollment of approximately 500 students with an average class size of 26 members. It offers a curriculum satisfying all requirements for college entrance plus a wide range of special programs, including athletics, art, and drama.

Crespi is best known for their football program, winning two back-to-back Division X championships since 2004.

Membership and Accreditation

Crespi is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, is a member of the National Catholic Education Association, and the Western Catholic Educational Association. Crespi is an approved Secondary school by the California State Department of Education and the University of California system. In 2005, 100% of the graduates were accepted to colleges and universities.
