In Buddhism in the Mahaparinibbana SuttaCunda was a blacksmith who gave the last meal to Buddha either mushrooms or pork to eat. The Buddha fell violently ill but told Chunda not to worry. Buddha recovered from his illness before he attained parinirvana.
