Dagney Michelle Kerr (b. February 23, ????, Cincinnati) is primarily a television actress who is probably best known for her role as Nurse Ruth Ann Heisel on Desperate Housewives. She has also appeared on such shows as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The George Lopez Show and Six Feet Under. She has appeared in a few movies including Two Weeks Later (1998), The First $20 Million Is Always the Hardest (2002), One Man's Trash (2006) and Park (2006).

Before acting, Kerr was a singer and dancer on cruise ships. She is married to Chris Emerson.
