David Michaels was born in 1964 in Manchester, England. He is a British actor, appearing on stage and television.
He appeared in many stage productions, including A Midsummer's Night Dream, and toured with the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Michaels appeared in the television series Heartbeat (as Dr. Neil Bolton).
He also appeared in the comedy television series As Time Goes By (as Harry, the policeman boyfriend — later fiancé — of "Sandy").
