Deem Bristow

Deem Reginald Bristow (born April 11, 1947 in Eaton, Ohio; died January 15, 2005 in San Diego, California) was an actor and voice actor, his most well-known role was that of Doctor Robotnik in the famous Sonic the Hedgehog series.
Bristow collapsed on January 15, 2005 at a singles' dance and died shortly thereafter at Sharp Hospital in San Diego, California at the age of 57. Coincidentally, Long John Baldry, Robotnik's first voice actor (Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog) died the same year.
