PERT, Gantt, and Milestone Charts, Entity Relationship Diagram, and Project Plans & Charters. This section of the course is taught directly from the PMP Exam Preparation book. During the second semester, students apply what they learned about Project Management in designing a website for a non-profit organization. The juniors design and build the website. They also develop and/or maintain websites for the faculty and staff of DRHS.
During the second semester, students are divided into project teams and then assigned to a local non-profit organization to develop a website for that organization with the skills that they learned during the first semester.
Software Design and Development

Seniors: Capstone Project
Students get industry experience by working at local technology companies. Most seniors in the Specialty Center leave at 3PM on Mondays, and at 12:50 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
