Delaware Technical & Community College

Delaware Technical & Community College, also known as DelTech, is a community college with locations in four cities in Delaware state. It was created by the Delaware General Assembly in 1966. The college offers several degree programs as well as on-line courses. The component campuses are the Jack F. Owens Campus (or simply 'Owens Campus') in Georgetown, Delaware; the Terry Campus in Dover, Delaware; the Stanton Campus in Newark, Delaware; and the Wilmington Campus in Wilmington, Delaware. The Owens Campus was the first to open in September 1967, and was initially called the "Southern Campus."
The current president of the college is Orlando "Lonnie" George.
