"Demand" is the final song from Phish's album Hoist written by Trey Anastasio and Tom Marshall. The album version is followed by the jam section of the song "Split Open and Melt" recorded on April 21, 1993 at the Newport Music Hall, Colombus, OH, and then by a cover of "Yirushalayim Shel Zahav" (translates as "Jerusalem of Gold") by Naomi Schemer-Sapir.
