Derby Midland F.C. were an English football club in existence from 1883 until 1891.

The club were founder members of the Midland Football League in 1889. They finished second in the 1889-90 season and fourth in the 1890-91 season. In the FA Cup, they lost their opening 3rd round match in 1883-84, and progressed from the 4th qualifying round to the 2nd round proper in 1889-90.

In 1891, they merged into their stronger neighbours, Derby County F.C., who were playing in the national Football League.
