Desatoya Mountains

The Desatoya Mountains are located in central Nevada in the United States. The range lies in a southwest-northeasterly direction in Churchill and Lander Counties. The mountains reach an elevation of 9,973 feet at Desatoya Peak near Rock Creek Canyon.

The Cold Springs Pony Express Station and the Pony Express Natural Historic Trail lie at the western edge of the range. The Shoshone Mountains lie to the southeast and the Clan Alpine Mountains to the west and northwest.
