Diablo is a Finnish melodic death metal band, which was formed in 1990. It was formerly known as Diablo Brothers. Their music is very innovative and is influenced by prog and Goethenburg metal. Their roots may be in bands such as Death, Machine Head, Meshuggah, Dark Tranquillity and Opeth. Their new album, "Mimic47", has been released in January 2006, and has reached the number 1 charts position in Finland.
