Diagnostic Drone

The Diagnostic Drone (known as Flying C or Fly in Japan)is a character from the Beast Machines TV series. He is a minor character in the series, serving as an advisor to Megatron. This drone has no spark and is programmed with artificial intelligence and was built to obey Megatron's every command. During his brief role in the series, he attempts several times to eradicate Megatron's organic side, with little success. He is later reprogrammed by Tankor, who uses him to obtain the Key to Vector Sigma and to send false visions through the Oracle to Optimus. The Drone is later destroyed by Megatron, who was aware of its activities the entire time. In Season 2, Megatron is trapped in the body of another drone. A second no-spark drone makes one appearance in season 2, to tell Megatron that his "Optimal" body is ready for him. Then three more drones were seen bringing the last of the Maximal sparks into the containment unit and repairing a console after Optimus destroyed it.

The Diagnostic Drone was voiced by Christopher Gaze.
