Dictator Perpetuus

Dictator Perpetuus is a Latin phrase meaning "Dictator in perpetuity," or dictator for life. It was given as a title to Gaius Julius Caesar in 44 B.C. (the same year in which he was later assassinated) in respect to Rome.
