Congenige Randhi Dilhara Fernando (born July 19, 1979, Colombo) is a cricketer who plays for Sri Lanka. He is a pace bowler who is famous for his slower ball. Fernando uses a rare technique, splitting the fingers on the ball as it is released from the hand. His fame has also come about because despite using a difficult method, his slower ball has been successful.
