Dominion High School is a high school in Sterling, Virginia. The principal is Dr. W. John Brewer, and the school's athletic teams are named the Titans. It's newspaper is named the Torch. It is part of the Loudoun County Public Schools system. Dominion High School first opened in 2003.

In 2005, Dominion was the designated host of the Loudoun Academy of Science, which is a designated part time magnet school program for Loudoun County students, somewhat similar to Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Alexandria, Virginia.

Demographics

In 2005-2006, Dominion's student body was 59% White; 11% Black; 18% Hispanic; and 12% Asian.

Test Scores

Dominion High School is not a fully accredited high school based on the Standards of Learning tests in Virginia. The average SAT score in 2005 for Dominion was a 1,040 (511 in Verbal; 529 in Math).

Athletics
