"Don't Be Stupid (You Know I Love You)" was the second single from Shania Twain's 1997 album, Come on Over. The song was written by Mutt Lange and Shania Twain. Released in 1997, the single peaked at #6 becoming Twain's sixth Top 10 hit on the Billboard country singles chart. The song was later released as her last single to European and Australian markets in 2000. The video was shot in New York City, directed by Larry Jordan and shot on October 18 and 19, 1997. It was released on November 12 1997. "Don't Be Stupid (You Know I Love You)" was included on the 2004 Greatest Hits package.
