Dr. Lunatic Supreme with Cheese is the sequel of sorts to the PC game Dr. Lunatic, both created by Hamumu Software.
Like in the orignal game, the game centers around a bald headed man named Bouapha collecting zombie brains from the notorious Dr. Lunatic, who resides in an insane asylum and is putting together the zombie brains to make "Super Zombies".
The game has remakes of the worlds from the original game and most of the add-on worlds from before. There are also several new features such as the ability to collect candles which add to the total score and completion percentage of the level.
There are more monsters, music tracks, tiles, sounds, special features, weapons, and vehicles in this game than in the original Dr. Lunatic. The game also has a level editor so the player can make his or her own levels. Also, as of July 2005, a patch was made available allowing players to edit existing monsters by changing color, artificial intelligence, brightness, and name.
For this game, Hamumu's website has Monthly Merges almost every month, where builders make levels based on the theme into one world, and World Packs for summer, fall, and winter (there is also an unofficial spring World Pack) where members of the Hamumu Forum make up level names, vote for them, then builders make worlds with levels using the winning names.
