Dragon Gate
Encyclopedia : D : DR : DRA : Dragon Gate
Dragon Gate is a Japanese professional wrestling promotion that started as Toryumon Japan. In 2004 Ultimo Dragon left the promotion and took the name and trademarks with him. The promotion changed its name to Dragon Gate.
Most, if not all, of Dragon Gate's wrestlers are graduates from Toryumon Gym, and thus the promotion is based on Junior Heavyweight high flying, flashy technical grappling, and submissions.
