Dunhill cigarettes are a luxury brand of cigarettes made by the British American Tobacco company. They are usually priced above the average for cigarettes in the region where they are sold. They are exported mostly throughout Europe and Australia, but can also be found on the Internet and in smoke shops throughout the United States and Malaysia, and more commonly in Canada.
Dunhill Light cigarettes are packaged in a predominantly white packet, with a bevelled edged square of red in the centre. The package itself also has bevelled edges.
Dunhill International cigarettes come in a red packet and are one of the most expensive and luxurious brands available, they are made with all Virginia tobacco and have few if any tobacco additives.
Dunhill cigarettes were notably favored by legendary gonzo journalist, Hunter S. Thompson.

In Australia, cigarette manufacturers are prohibited to use terms such as 'light' and 'mild' for their tobacco products. Consequently, Dunhill have a differently named product range for their Australian market. Words such as 'refined' and 'full flavour' are used instead of 'ultra-mild' and 'mild', with the strength usually recognised and categorised by the colour of the packaging. Silver is 4mg tar/0.4mg nicotine; gold is 6mg tar/0.6mg nicotine; blue is 8mg tar/0.8mg nicotine and; maroon is 10mg tar/1mg nicotine. There is also a light aquamarine coloured package for menthol flavoured cigarettes, which contain 8mg of tar and 0.8mg of nicotine.
Each brand is sold in 20, 25 and 30 packs.
