Dutchess County Route 2 is a county road in Dutchess County, New York. Known locally as South Amenia Road and Leedsville Road, it runs from Dutchess County Route 3 in South Amenia to NY 343 in Leedsville, staying exclusively in the town of Amenia. It briefly touches the Connecticut state line where it has a junction with Connecticut Route 41. The route is about 5.1 miles long.
