Dylan Lewis is an Australian television personality. He was educated at Caulfield Grammar School, and studied for a Bachelor of Education in Drama and Music degree at the University of Melbourne.

Lewis has had roles hosting and presenting on numerous Australian music programs, including Recovery and Pepsi Live, a music chart television program. In 2002, he won Australia's first and only series of Celebrity Big Brother in 2002. He was a contestant on Celebrity Circus in 2005.
