EDXOR

EDXOR is a very lightweight freeware text editor for Windows, written by Dariusz Stanislawek.
EDXOR "weighs" only about 30kB, but offers over 90 menu items including encryption functions such as Rot13, RC4 and QCypher, Bin/Hex conversion, bookmarks and various clipboard functions, as well as little gadgets like a disk-use indicator and task-killer. The look is minimalist with no buttons or graphics. EDXOR is fast, self-contained and dependency-free, handles very large files with ease and can be run from a floppy disk. It is free for private or business use; there is no paid-for version. The current version is 1.65 (2004).
In logic, "xor" stands for "exclusive or". The name of the software is presumably to be pronounced "ed-eks-or".
