EOSDIS

EOSDIS is the Earth Observing System Data Information System. It consists of several different components to collect, store , retrieve and process information which is captured from a number of different satellites currently orbiting Earth.
Currently EOSDIS is managing extraordinarily large amounts of data. Here is a list of all of the satellites EOSDIS currently serves and an estimate of the amount of data coming in daily for each (if available):

All of the Earth science data is available to the public.
