Edward Zelinsky is a professor a Cardozo Law School in New York City, in the USA. He is known for his articles on Tax and Cash balance plans. In Spring 2000, he had his article "The Cash Balance Controversy" in the Virginia Tax Review. (Citation: 19 Va. Tax Rev. 683). In Spring 2001, he published "The Cash Balance Controversy Revisited" in the same journal. (Citation 20 Va. Tax Review 557).
