Edgaras Jankauskas (born March 12, 1975) is a Lithuanian professional footballer who is currently on loan at Scottish Premier League club Hearts from Lithuanian side FBK Kaunas. He is a tall powerful striker who particularly enjoys the physical side of the game.

Jankauskas, who is a Lithuanian international, has previously played for Žalgiris Vilnius, CSKA Moscow, Torpedo Moscow, Brugge, Real Sociedad, Benfica, FC Porto and OGC Nice. In 2003 he won UEFA Cup with Porto and in 2004 they won UEFA Champions League.
