Eglonyl is the name of medicine produced by Alkaloid (Skopje, FRY of Macedonia), under license from Sanofi Synthelabo, France.

The active susbtance in Eglonyl is sulpiride which works by blocking dopamine receptors in the brain. The medicine is used to treat schizophrenia and depression.

Eglonyl can be used to booster milk production[Parenting corner] in lactating women, due to its prolactin stimulating side effect.
