(TYO: [4523]  ) is one of the global-leading pharmaceutical companies, ranking among the top 25. Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, has some 9000 employees, among them about 1500 in research. Two of the key molecules Eisai developed are donepezil (Aricept) and rabeprazole (Aciphex).
