The El Dorado Correctional Facility is a maximum security prison that holds many high risk convicts, including Dennis Rader, the so called "BTK killer". It is also home to Kansas' Receiving and Diagnostic Unit (RDU).

History

Ray Roberts is the current Warden. One of the people who work in the facility was a potential victim of Rader. Currently, Dennis Rader is a special management inmate due to security concerns ("23-hour lock-down" or "Protective Custody" (P.C.)).
