El Larguero (literally The Crossbar) is a Spanish radio sports program, that spends almost its majority time discussing about football, that started its emissions in the Cadena SER in the year 1989. It is emitted daily from 0:00 to 1:30 am. El Larguero is the most listened program in the spanish radio sports information night. The program is presented from Sundays to Thursdays by its director José Ramón de la Morena and Fridays and Saturdays by Joseba Larrañaga.

Sections

• Results: Carlos Bustillo informs about the last sport results and fixtures and José Ramón de la Morena interviews the protagonists of the sports current issues.
• Football Analysis: At this section is analyzed the situation of the two main football clubs in Spain: Real Madrid and FC Barcelona.
• Other sports analysis: At this section the other sports current issues are analyzed.
