Eleonore Gonzaga, Italian: Eleonora Gonzaga (23 September 1598 - 27 June 1655), was the wife of Ferdinand II, Holy Roman Emperor.

Born in Mantua, her parents were Vincenzo I of Gonzaga of Mantua and Eleonora de' Medici.

Eleonora, famous for her singular beauty, married Ferdinand in Innsbruck 1622. They had no children, but she became stepmother to Ferdinand's children from his previous marriage.

She established Carmelite convents in both Graz and Vienna.
