Ella and Duke at the Cote D'Azur is a 1967 (see 1967 in music) live album by the American jazz singer Ella Fitzgerald and musician and composer Duke Ellington. It was recorded live in Juan-les-Pins, a small beachside village on the Riviera, between July 26 and 29, 1966.

The album was released as a double-LP in 1967. In 1998, Verve Records released the concert on CD, in both a 2 CD version, and a complete 8 CD version.
