Enoch Louis Lowe (August 10, 1820 – August 23, 1892) served as Governor of the state of Maryland in the United States from 1851 to 1854. Lowe also served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates in 1845, as a member of the Democratic National Convention in 1856, and as a U.S. Presidential elector in 1860.
