Entertainment Rights is a global media company, listed on the London Stock Exchange. Its main role is in the growth of children and family television programming.

The group was established in 1999 and is focus on the creation and exploitation of major children's characters and brands. These include Postman Pat, Rupert Bear, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, Basil Brush and Little Red Tractor.The company has selected rights to Barbie, and Transformers. Tell-Tale Productions is wholly owned subsidiary of Entertainment Rights, which produces The Tweenies, Fun Song Factory, BB3B and Boo!.

Other shows that were associated with Entertainment Rights included The Original Adventures of Felix the Cat, Katie and Orbie, Dennis the Menace, Cubeez, Transylvania Pet Shop and the Filmation library.

At the end of 2004 it employed on average 95 people. The company reported on June 30 2005, that its turnover was £12.4 million.
